*What happens in Dubai*

I haven't posted in a while! Mainly on account of how busy I've been and my last minute plans to go to Dubai for the David Guetta concert.

On Day 100 (April 9th), HH and I were waiting for our plane boarding time at Starbucks, Kuwait International Airport.

I decided to take a bite out of HH's turkey sandwich.

On an excitement rush and a well-studied conclusion, I quit (maybe temporarily) my raw challenge.

I figured that going raw vegan for 365 days won't prove my new found sense of discipline, persistence and dedication any more than 100 days have already.

I've got to run now. I'll definitely continue blogging and would like all of you to share you're inputs on this update.

Cheers!

Day 94: Take me to Chicago!

While browsing around the web, looking for new raw vegan developments, I came across this restaurant review on Chicago Business.

Karyn's on Green goes upscale with a raw-vegan menu

I've heard of raw vegan restaurants and might have come across one in SoHo, London but this looks fantastic!!

Vibrant and chic environment aside, their menu looks beyond appetizing. From Grilled Leek Potato Soup to Baked Mac and Cheese, I was drooling. And that was only the appetizers.

Their dishes are all prepared with vegan and/or raw substitutes like cinnamon butter cream, cashew mousse, peanut butter and coffee butter cream. And their entire menu is labelled with (R), (GF) or (SF) for Raw, Gluten-Free or Soy-Free.

There's no point in elaborating, you all get my point; TAKE ME TO CHICAGO!!

.. and if you're already there, pass by Karyn's on Green 130 South Green Street.
