After having my banana and my usual assortement of chopped veggies, I left to Sultan Center for some raw cashews.
Strawberries and blueberries caught my attention and I decided to have some for an afternoon snack.
The blueberries were absolutely delicious. The strawberries unfortunately were a stinker.So, I did eventually pass get some Cashews, 250 grams of them. Within an hour, I realized that I was eating them like popcorn and they were all gone!
When I checked the Calorie King, appearantly 250 grams of raw cashews are equivalent to 1,383 calories!
I pledge to not have nuts (unless they're mixed with my salad) anymore!!
P.S: Tip of the day: When the weather is cold and dry, chapstick does wonders!
