Day 3: Sweet-tooth

Woke up around noon (again), and thought I’d shake off the laziness and try to make this day as productive as possible.

Started with a delightful blend of green apples…

… and decided to go to the GYM! Yes, you read it right, the GYM!

I’ve been a member at C Club since last year, and as much as I enjoyed the sun and the fabulous beach almost every weekend there, I froze my membership around September 2008.

Well, today I went to the gym for the first time in 3 months and decided to take it one step at a time. I spent 30 minutes on the Elliptical and another 30 minutes on the Treadmill. It wasn’t all that bad actually.

As I head home, I asked my dearest Edita to make me one of her fabulous salads*.

*I HEART TOMATOES!!
I ended my day with some dessert!
I love this Arabic dessert called Rangeena. It’s a combination of flour, walnuts, dates and sugar (I think). And since I already have raw walnuts and some dates (which are obviously raw), I thought I’d just combine the two and see how that goes.

It’s a great chocolate substitute for those with a bit of a sweet-tooth.
Hopefully, Day 4 will be much more exciting as it's my first raw work day!
Toodles,
xoxo
