What a beautiful day!!
Started my day today with the usual Banana and assortment of fresh veggies.
For lunch, I decided to get something from home and my dearest Edita packed me my favorite rocca leaves and pomegranate salad. It felt like I was eating a rainbow!
After work and a long talk with a friend of mine, I have decided to grow my own sprouts, wheatgrass, mushrooms and herbs. So far, I have done some research on the matter to see how I can take this forward. I will also probably be touring some places for supplies and resources.
If you have any supplemental information on the matter, please share it.
In the meantime, I'll keep you updated on how it goes.
