Day 67: Green Leafy Salads

As many of you have witnessed on almost daily basis. I'm a leaf-eater. I love leaves and they seem to be the most effective bread alternative while I'm on this raw vegan challenge.

Out of curiosity and pure research, I've found this table that obviously advocates leafy vegetables and salads. It summarizes the nutritional information of 4 types of salads.
