I had a meeting at 10 am so I had no time to have my usual breakfast, and instead remained starving till around 2:00 pm. When I got back, I had my christmas tree salad across the street from the JW Marriott and it was a Beautiful Day.

When I went back home, I made a quick self assessment to update you on how I'm doing:
- Since beginning the Raw Challenge on January 01 2010, I have lost a moderate total of 4 kilos
This can be partially, if not fully attributed to the amount and type of food I'm eating.
With a little help from the Calorie King, these are the nutritional facts of the main food I consume:
- Walnuts: 1 cup shelled, 50 halves (3.5 oz)
- Almonds: 1 cup, whole (5 oz)
*Ahem*So that's roughly 1,000 calories from nuts per day, without accounting for the fruits, lettuce and rocket leaves I consume. :$
If I expect to lose 25 21 kilos during 2010, I better reduce the amount of nuts I have, even if their yummy, filling and easy to snack on.
