Day 18: Work and work

Long day today.
I'm surprised that I haven't been feeling nauseous or faint with these long working hours, gym and sticking my raw food lifestyle.

However, according to Cathy Wong, About.com's Guide to Alternative Medicine, the health benefits of the raw food diet are numerous and they include:
-Increase energy
-Improved skin appearance
-Better digestion
-Weight loss
-Reduced risk of heart disease
So I think the benefits offset everything in this situation.

On another topic (not really), I had my usual delightful Christmas tree salad from lunch and sustain somewhat of a balancing act when I got home. I had soaked almonds and 2 oranges.
